Cancellation Policy

Private lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability. Payment is required to reserve your lesson. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $20 late cancellation/no-show fee. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to instructor emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us respect the time of both our instructors and other students.
