OPEN FLOOR
RENTER AGREEMENT
Rate is $15 per 50min session, MAX 2 students per instructor.
Payment for sessions must be paid prior to floor or room use.
If The Palladium is booked for a Private Event, then you must consider The Palladium premises closed.
All students & dancers visiting The Palladium for the first time, must sign waiver release form.
Drinks must have a covered lid before entering the ballroom. If any spills occur, please clean up immediately. As instructors you are responsible for your guests.
You must clean up after yourself and your guest, throw away all trash before leaving.
Be respectful of music and space when working with other dancers in the room. Please take turns with the music and if you constantly need music please consider a private room rental. Not working well with others will result in removal from Open Floor with no refund.
If you are the last one to leave you are required to turn off the lights and lock up.
