Open Floor & Private Session Guidelines

We welcome instructors and dancers to use our studio space for private sessions and practice throughout the week.

Open Floor Availability

Sunday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: Floor availability may vary due to private events. Please download our app to check real-time availability.

Rates & Capacity

• $15 per 50-minute session (shared music)

• Maximum 2 dancers per instructor

• Check in/ payment must be made prior to using Open Floor

Open Floor Policies

• If The Palladium is booked for a private event, the facility is considered closed to Open Floor use

• First-time visitors must sign a waiver release form before participating

• Drinks must have a secure lid before entering the ballroom

• Instructors are responsible for their guests

• All users must clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash before leaving

• Please share music and floor space courteously

• If you require continuous use of music, consider reserving a private room

• Failure to cooperate with others may result in removal from Open Floor without refund

• For security reasons, do not open the door for anyone you do not know. Entry to The Palladium requires a valid door code. If someone does not have a door code, they do not have authorized access to the studio at that time.

• If you are the last person to leave, you are responsible for turning off all lights and securing the studio by locking up.

Credit Policy

• Open Floor credits are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase

• Users must maintain a positive credit balance on their account

• Reloads are in increments of $150 (10 Open Floor credits)

• Open Floor is not intended for one-time use. It is designed for dancers seeking a consistent, monthly space to train and practice.
